who we are

We are newlyweds who spent the better part of 2018 planning our wedding. For months we looked for a unique, personal element to add to our wedding that did not dip into our wedding budget too much and were constantly coming up short. We could not find anything that we both loved and ultimately decided that what we wanted did not exist in Kansas City. With the help of the internet, we fell in love with the look of marquee lights and couldn’t imagine our wedding without them. Unfortunately we couldn’t find them anywhere in Kansas City. So being the humble Midwesterners that we are, we rolled up our sleeves and built them ourselves.

With countless hours at hardware stores and in our “workshop”, a.k.a. our garage, we created seven 3 foot letters to spell out our new shared last name.

To our surprise our letters became the talk of the reception. They became the perfect element to really brighten our special event. We now are setting out to help provide this same experience to you and we cannot wait to help you create a unique statement to your event!
